CHARMAINE ACOSTA

Charmaine Acosta is a dedicated litigation paralegal with over five years of experience in legal support. She has managed multiple civil litigation and investigation cases, providing detail-oriented assistance to attorneys throughout each stage. Charmaine also has firsthand experience as part of a trial team, having worked on cases that progressed to jury trials, mediations, and arbitrations.

Before joining ADK, Charmaine was a litigation case assistant with Reed Smith LLP, in the Global Regulatory Enforcement and Intellectual Property Departments. There, she collaborated with attorneys on complex civil litigation, investigation, and transaction matters for individuals and companies in various industries.

Charmaine holds a paralegal certificate and is a member of the Los Angeles Paralegal Association (LAPA) and the Legal Professionals Incorporated — Los Angeles Legal Secretaries Association (LPI-LSA). She plans to take the Paralegal Certification exam to become a Certified Paralegal (CP) and join NALA — The Paralegal Association.
