Maggie is an experienced litigator with over a decade of experience in California and federal courts. She has represented the biggest names in the tech industry (including Google, eBay, PayPal, and Cisco Systems), as well as family-owned small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals. In her decade of practice, she has obtained many wins in state and federal trial courts on behalf of her clients as well as successful results in mediation. Clients have praised her clear guidance and ability to navigate them through stressful situations, calling her “incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous.”
She has performed a number of internal investigations, using her background and experience to build rapport and trust with interview subjects and providing clients with clear, concise, and actionable reports. Maggie can help employers comply with employment laws in California and nationwide by providing anti-harassment training, updating employee handbooks, performing pay audits, and more.She is also an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH)
Maggie received her juris doctor from UC Davis School of Law (King Hall) and is a proud UC Berkeley grad (Go Bears!). She previously practiced with Farbstein & Blackman APC and Curley, Hurtgen & Johnsrud LLP, both located in the San Francisco Bay Area. In her spare time, she is a baker and an extremely amateur gardener.
